16 overhead squats
16 mountain climbers (right and left is 1 rep)
16 single leg lunge 8R 8L
16 cross climbers (right and left is 1 rep)
16 single leg squats 8R 8L
16 of “The Beasts” ( right leg, left leg, BOTH legs in = 1 rep)
100 swings at the top of the mountain!
