WOW #7 – Hot in your 20s

I think we can all agree that our 20s rocked! It was super easy to stay in shape and everything just stayed in place as it should with no giggling.

Ahh, those were the days…

Well, I’m bringing them back to you with today’s WOW. This is a hard core, full body workout that will get you on a reverse aging path! This workout has it all. Legs, core, upper body and cardio. Enjoy, hit the ‘like’ button at the top (even if you hated it:-) and post your results below:

*As many rounds as possible in 20 min
20 Squat BAMs (Squat Punch, 10 R and L)
20 Triple S Lunges (Side Lunges, 10 R and L)
20 Plank Up / Downs (10 r and L)
20 Reverse Flys
20 DB Squat Jacks with touch downs

    that was a little further than my WOW last night.
    Now the sprints… that really is a WOW!

  21. I think today we missed one of the moves – we didn’t do the up down planks. I got through 4.5 rounds today.

  22. Last night finished squat/punches of round 6. This morning completed 7 rounds… but we didn’t do plank ups… it was still a kick butt workout nonetheless.

  23. Got through 4 full rounds and the 1st exercise of round 5. Use a combo of 5 and 10 lb weight. Always tough after a break!

  24. Last night started doing plank ups of round 6 and used 12 lbs throughout.
    This morning completed 6 rounds but dropped to 10 lb weights the last two rounds.

  25. Got through the first 2 exercises of round 5 using 10 lb weights. Good to be back…kind of :)

  28. Tues night made it to the last exercise in the 5th round and then Wed morning made it to beginning of the 6th round.

  29. Forgot to report online last week. I got through 5, one better than the last time!

  30. Almost finished squat-bams of Round 6, 15 lb weights. Last time think I only did most of Round 5 and switched to lighter weights around Round 4.

  38. Completed Round 6 last night with 15 lb weights, using 10lb for reverse flys. I was set to double back this AM but decided to listen to my body barking for rest.

  46. I missed July 3rd….And the last one was finishing 5 rounds and started the second exercise of round 6 (side lounges) back in April

    I did 4 Rounds with 8 lbs dumb bells. I HEART that workout. Fired through the firs 2 then Had to take some breaks.
